Fun & Fundraiser
LAPC Fall Dinner & Auction
In November of each year, LAPC looks forward to hosting a fun Dinner & Auction, one of our two annual fundraisers. Our evening consists of a delicious meal with cocktails (cash bar) and mingling while members and guests check out items for auction.
Club members donate auction items for the silent and live auction. Popular auction items include home decor, holiday decor, KSU apparel/tickets, gift baskets, handbags, gift cards/certificates, baked goods, weekend get-aways (in Kansas City or a vacation home), a one-of-a-kind experience, and of course wine is always a favorite, too. All auction items are new and unused or handmade.

Lifelong Learning is the "ongoing, voluntary, and self-motivated" pursuit of knowledge for personal or professional reasons. Good mental health and physical well-being depend on keeping active in one's community socially and through personal development. Learning is good for us!
The LAPC Annual Spring Seminar seeks to promote social inclusion, engage in active citizenship, and emphasize lifelong learning. Through the Spring Seminar, we focus on topics of interest to the community that encourage knowledge, social interaction, and community support.
We appreciate the support of many great businesses and individuals who sponsor our seminar. Please click the button below to see a list of our 2024 Spring Seminar Sponsors.
